Group Fitness & Transformation Camps

Group fitness classes are included in your membership. We welcome all levels of fitness and experience to supplement their workout regime with one of our group class offerings:

SpinZone

Spin Zone is a high-intensity interval training spin class on an indoor stationary cycle. At SpinZone, we combined climbs, sprints, and jog downs to make a 60-minutes complete cardio and strength conditioning body workout.

Kids CAMPS

FitZone Transformation Camp –

Taking HITT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to a new level! Drop Zone’s Transformation Camp uses a combination of conditioning exercises, weights, and cardio sprints to hit your FitZone.

FitZone results:

  • Weight loss
  • Lean and toned muscles
  • Improved strength and endurance
  • and increased motivation!

The class is 50 minutes in length and is available:
– Monday – Thursdays – 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
– Saturday – 9 am

* Drop-ins welcome. Arrive ten-fifteen minutes early to sign up.
